Sample Providers

Our surveys are frequently sent traffic from third party vendors known as "Sample Providers." We are not responsible for the policies or promises of incentive by Sample Providers. If you have been recruited to take part in one of our surveys by another company, please direct any inquiries about compensation to that company.

Email

We often collect email addresses as part of the survey process. Emails collected in our surveys will only be used for conducting research as described when the email was collected. We do not sell email addresses or send email lists to anyone besides the client conducting research. Most emails are used to send survey invitations to and to provide a way of contacting a respondent in order to provide an incentive or technical support. When we collect an email address, we provide clear indications as to why we are asking for it and what we will do with it. When you provide your email address, you are opting-in to the use of it as described.

It is also common for us to be provided with email lists by clients for the purpose of sending invitations to take a survey on the client's behalf. We use these lists in good faith that our clients have attained the emails legally and that recipients will understand why they are being emailed. If you do not wish to receive further emails, use the opt-out link at the bottom of the email to automatically be removed from future emails. Emails obtained from clients or third parties will not be used by Market Points for any other purposes, including resale or internet based advertising.

Usage by Children

We do not target children under the age of 13 for any form of data collection. However, due to the nature of and anonymity provided by the internet, we cannot guarantee that a minor will not provide data by taking a survey intended for an adult. We will make reasonable attempts to remove such data if it is brought to our attention. See the section on Personal Information.
